This property is under renovation. The pool & hot tub was closed. The Lobby was totally pulled apart. The rooms while clean are older and dark in colour. However it’s in a good location and has a Boston Pizza right next door. The property has potential.

Nice, clean hotel on edge of town so easy access. Easy access also means backs into highway 2 but noise not horrendous over night. Limited dining as Boston Pizza is only restaurant close by. Lobby under renovation - will be nice when done! Did have smell of black or chlorine in hallway which was quite potent. All things considered it was pretty good stay though!

Stayed one night for a sport event. Overall the hotel was decent, located close to highway and many amenities with BP’s basically in the same parking lot. Construction taking place on the lobby, laying new flooring. They had area taped off to try and reduce dust. Worked somewhat but lobby is a bit dusty. Could not hear and was not disrupted from the construction. Rooms are large, we had two queen room. They were comfy with small microwave (ours was dirty) and nice size fridge. Towels are very small, not a bath towel size. I only mention because I really like a bath towel size. I would stay again if we find ourselves in innisfail and I would recommend to others. Check in and check out was quick. Staff was efficient and friendly. We did make multiple trips to the front desk to ask for change for the vending machine but no one came from the back.

Everything about the property and our stay was perfectly fine except for one glaring thing - there was no wifi. On arrival, got into our room and first thing tried to connect with wifi - unavailable. Front desk never mentioned this issue on check in. Called front desk, they apologized and said a technician would be in on Monday. We checked in on Thursday. So they were going without wifi for 5 days at least (don't when wifi was first unavailable). That's just hard to believe in this day and age - Days Inn obviously didn't care too much.
