Was there for a quick stop. Very comfortable beds. Room was clean. Hallways need better care as they are an indicator of what to expect for cleanliness. Staff was excellent. Did not get a chance to use any of the facilities cannot rate them.

While the staff try their best this hotel is extremely dated and smells of stale cigarettes. The water in our room only came out hot, Maintenance came to fix it but then the next day it was lukewarm at best. I actually checked out a day early and left for another hotel. Will never stay again.

Asked for a receipt when leaving staff member said you can ask Expedia. She wouldn’t get off her ass to do it because it was early and she was lazy. this hotel has really gone down in the last 10 years.

They took care of us when we had a booking problem with Expedia. What we didn’t like was the beds they used to have some of the most comfortable mattress don’t know if they changed but they were really hard this time might have to look at a different hotel
