I didn't find the room clean, there was hair in the shower, and blood drops on the carpet. The hallways seemed kind of dirty and the ice machine didn't work.

We always stay here when in Red Deer. Staff is excellent, the facility is very good even if it’s getting on in years. The Club Room service is great! Comfy beds, beautiful views to the west and fabulous toiletries. I asked if I could buy some of the shampoo/conditioner but will have to find it online. It was that good! We always enjoy staying here.
