Don't waste you money. The "spa" tub is just a hole in the floor with nowhere to sit. You just stand there in luke warm water. We were not happy with the room and tried to check out after 1 night but was not given a refund only half off for the night. Was so unhappy with the place we still left even after the night was oaid for. Definity lots of nice hotels in Red Deer. Fimd one of them!

Perfect for families

Went for the bull riding event plus a hockey tournament with my family and cousin. For the first time ever, a hotel was able to accommodate us with a joined room! It felt nice not having to walk out into the hallway just to speak to my parents in the room next door haha The beds were so comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Free buffet style breakfast was good, it would be nice to see potato options as well. The elevator was a bit small, we had to take two trips with the hockey bag. I didn’t have a chance to view the pool but I hope on the next visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Because we were caught in a blizzard on our way to Red Deer we did not get there until 2AM and had to leave by 8AM but our short stay was very good, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pool Area was Very Nice

It’s rather old, which is fine but some upgrades are for sure needed. Carpets in the rooms are pretty stained. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast was complimentary but not very good food. The pool area is great. It’s a really nice pool surrounded by a “garden”. Lots of seating in & amongst the plants & trees. Workout room will fit one, maybe two people comfortably:(

I can see how back in the day this property would have been quite the attraction. But sadly now, it is barely hanging on. The rooms were very dirty. The furniture was fraying and had stains. Obvious dirt and grime in the hotel rooms. It didn’t take someone with a white glove to find it. Some major updates and upgrades need to happen here. The pool in courtyard are a great idea. However the walls are paper thin. And you can hear everything that happens in that area, and every person walking down the hallway, while trying to fall asleep. The staff were incredibly nice. There was lots of parking and it was well lit at night. Food options are close by, grocery store across the street. We stayed for a sports tournament, and everyone else in the hotel was there for similar reasons. So there was a lot of children and a lot of activity well into the night.
