Unsatisfied experience pool and breakfast dirty!
This hotel location is filthy, where to begin. There is a laundry list of things that were disgusting. We came here because of the pool and when we got there my son had to get out of the pool because of the amount of hair and whatever else was in there. We even went down there in the morning, ran into another guest and he brought up how dirty the pool was. We went to breakfast early, the tables were filthy my son got milk and told me it was not good, I smelled it and it was spoiled. There were no baked goods in the case, there were breakfast condiments. The housekeeper knocked on the door at nine o’clock, waking up my wife and daughter. Never have I had to complain about a hotel, I was just going to let pool go after being very disappointed, but coming out of the room in the morning what I found was disappointing and unsatisfactory. My wife has asthma and there is no way to regulate the temperature in the room. It was so hot she coughed and wheezed all night, keeping all of us awake. We were told to put a towel over the heating unit. The front desk could do nothing to regulate the temperature either. We booked the hotel for the pool and breakfast both were scary experience.

We stayed in room 331. The room was either hot or cold. Air system didn’t work properly. The water in the shower was hot but no pressure. Room was spotless and staff was great. Don’t buy anything drinks/snacks from their “store”. 2 drinks, chips and 2 packs of White Castle was $31 😳
