A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Hotel com excelente localização, limpeza, conforto e atendimento. Não foi possível tomar café fe manhã porque saimos de madrugada devido ao vôo. Bem próximo ao aeroporto.

porta de vidro de entrada do hotel sem funcionar, com aviso pro cliente fechar e abrir enquanto passa. quarto bem simples. tirando a cama, achei os móveis em mau estado de conservação. chuveiro jogando agua pros lados, molhando o chao do banheiro, pois o blindex não fechava por completo. Por vezes precisei pedir toalha e pano de piso.. café da manhã razoável. Recomendo para quem passe no máximo 2 dias.

Hotel, bem básico. Estava limpo, mas alguns detalhes deixaram a desejar exemplo não tinha travesseiro extra, só havia um para cada pessoa. Fiz a reserva quarto de casal colocaram no quarto com camas separadas, mesmo juntando a cama se separava, fiquei com dor no pescoço e costas. Café da manhã não tem tapioca, nem manteiga, só margarina. De turdo o pior é a dor nas costas que ainda estou sentindo.

Preço justo pelos serviços oferecidos. Achei a cama bastante confortável, o café da manhã era simples mas constantemente reposto. O quarto em si estava com as paredes um pouco sujas e achei o ar condicionado e o chuveiro um pouco fracos.
