A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Vale a pena

Boa localização para quem quer ficar perto do aeroporto. Quarto bastante confortável, café da manhã bem sortido. Único inconveniente foi não ter mais vaga na garagem, mas tem parceria com outro local, mas é pago, como no hotel.

A localização é excelente. Os funcionários são muito solícitos e prestativos. O quarto estava bem arrumado e limpo. O único ponto negativo que achei foi o chuveiro, o cano do chuveiro é muito curto e você praticamente tem que ficar encostada na parede para tomar banho.
