The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Hotel péssimo. Estrutura física velha e mal cuidada. Cama extremamente desconfortável, roupa de cama e banho sujas. Nos corredos dos quartos tem naftalina espalhada por todos os cantos, o cheiro é horrivel. O chuveiro do quarto nao esquentava. Solicitei que fosse feita a troca da roupa de cama e fui tratada por um dos funcionários com deboche. Ao lado do hotel existe um prédio abandonado com vários focos de água parada (risco de dengue), além da região do mesmo ser cheia de moradores de rua e usuarios de droga nas imediações. Foi uma péssima experiência, não consegui ficar até o final da hospedagem, desistindo da mesma e buscando outro hotel. As fotos não coincidem com a realidade. Não recomendo.

The pictures are not at all true to what the rooms or the hotel looks like in reality… it is a cheap place and all but I think this is false advertising No flexibility on the check out either The only thing I would say it’s good is the breakfast that is included

Check-in was rough. The Receptionist was very sloppy. It took three goes back and forth to the front desk until he finally allocated the correct room type. It’s not what you need after travelling almost 24 hours. The hotel itself isn’t very clean. The bathroom smelled quite badly of urine. We deep-cleaned it ourselves using shower gel and the hose. There was no hot water on day 1 and 2. This hotel has definitely seen better days. Breakfast was decent and the staff there were friendly. The location is very good and the sights on the two islands are within walking distance. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for.

Cozy, cool, and comfortably clean.

Very nice quant place. Good location for shopping and historic places. Easy To find at night while returning from the town, it lights up with a big Y On the front of the hotel. Nice river views.

Boa. Hotel no padrão 3 estrelas no máximo. Acredito q para atingir outros públicos, seja necessario uma remodelação geral do prédio, mas para pouco tempo e a trabalho, está dentro do mínimo possível; agora a vista da cidade no 7⁰ andar e a noite é deslumbrante.

Tudo tranquilo.

Gostei do Hotel, o quarto q fiquei foi ótimo, cama grande e confortável, lençol, travesseiros, toalhas de banho e rosto, tudo muito limpinho. Quarto grande, com frigobar e banheiro show. Café da manhã foi bom, variado e c reposição constante. Bem localizado, próximo do Shopping Boa Vista, paradas de ônibus e do metrô. Indico e irei voltar c a família.

Experiência Negativa no Hotel: Condições Precárias

A equipe do hotel é gentil e educada, mas, infelizmente, as condições do Hotel Rede Andrade Plaza Recife são muito precárias. O local está abandonado, sujo, com estruturas danificadas e necessitando urgentemente de uma reforma completa. O hotel é extremamente antigo, mal conservado e tem um aspecto decadente. Tentamos verificar com a recepção se havia um quarto em melhores condições, de acordo com as fotos divulgadas, mas fomos informados de que todos são iguais. Os quartos do sétimo andar onde fiquei são muito antigo, com móveis quebrados, pintura mofada, toalhas e lençóis velhos, além de um chuveiro que dá choque. As condições do hotel são extremamente precárias. Além disso, o hotel não possui um estacionamento próprio no local. Há apenas um portão ao lado da recepção que leva a um subsolo úmido e mofado que cabe uns 4 a 6 carros (deixando a chave) , cheio de objetos velhos do hotel, onde avistamos um rato grande. O manobrista leva os carros para um estacionamento de terra a cerca de três quarteirões dali. Quando precisei usar o carro, tive que levá-lo e retirá-lo sem qualquer controle de segurança. O estacionamento fica em uma área afastada e abandonada, transmitindo uma forte sensação de insegurança. Ficamos tristes com a decadência do hotel e o abandono da parte antiga de Recife. Espero que o hotel consiga se reerguer e retomar o prestígio que teve em décadas passadas.
