Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Prédio mal cuidado, ar condicionado velho e super barulhento, sinal de internet é inexistente dentro dos quartos, nao tive coragem de pisar descalço no chão. Café da manhã, atendimento e localização são as únicas coisas que salvam. Este é o barato que sai caro.

O hotel tem uma fachada bonita, fica em uma localização boa, porém é um local antigo. O chuveiro e a descarga são ruins, o elevador é lento e barulhento e o café da manhã é bem fraco (e não sou enjoado com o café da manhã). Em resumo: o Onda Mar é bem simples (muito simples mesmo). De positivo tem os funcionários, que foram educados.

O prédio é antigo. O café da manhã é razoável, com poucas opções, menos de 10 ( ovo, salsicha, pão, 2 frutas, 2 bolos e se pedir eles fazem uma tapioca para vc rechear). Em relação as acomodações, fomos instalados em um quarto aparentemente ok, mas ao ver o sanitário, este estava todo manchado de laranja, uma nojeira que até a camareira pediu desculpas e disse que tinha que colocar um produto mais forte para retirar a mancha. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e foi prontamente atendido, porém o quarto era com ar condicionado de janela que estava fazendo um barulho ensurdecedor. Meu esposo gravou o barulho e foi reclamar no balcão e eles nos trocaram novamente de quarto que tb era de ar condicionado de gaveta, mas fazia menos barulho que o outro. Decidimos dormir nele. Acordamos quebrados e com dor de cabeça pelo barulho que o ar fazia. Novamente meu esposo gravou o barulho e se dirigiu ao balcão para solicitar a troca e enfim nos colocaram em um quarto com ar split e banheiro ok (detalhe não tem telefone no quarto eles só falam pelo WhatsApp, mas demora para atender). Percebi que é na sorte para pegar um quarto bom. Pelo menos o pessoal foi até solicito e buscava resolver o problema. Outra coisa, o estacionamento é cobrada a diária de R$25.

Gosto muito do Hotel, já é a segunda vez, precisamos entender que ele é um hotel médio não é caro então não podemos exigir como se fosse 5 estrelas, fico sempre satisfeita com a hospedagem e serviços além de ter uma excelente localização

Atenção na taxa de cobrança de estacionamento.
Essa mania de deixar de forma pouco visível a taxa diária de estacionamento é decepcionante. Para vários dias as vezes compensa até outros lugares no mesmo nível, ou outro aplicativo, que você paga menos. fora isso é o básico que serve.

Ruim. Não vale a pena pelo café da manhã.
O check in feito de madrugada com aviso prévio foi extremamente demorado, apenas uma pessoa na recepção e uma fila de pelo menos 5 grupos para fazer check in o que indica que não é incomum o check in nesse horário. Devido a um problema na reserva da pessoa a minha frente fiquei pelo menos 1h30m para fazer o check in. O problema nao foi com o antendente que foi gentil, mas precisava de outra pessoa ali. Estacionamento muito apertado. O hotel é velho precisando de reformas. O Café da manhã foi muuito decepcionante, mesmo não estando cheio faltava reposição e as opções que já eram poucas ficaram ainda pior. O que tinha também não era atraentes.

O ponto alto do hotel é a localização, bem próximo a orla, e parte da praia onde o hotel está localizado é protegido por recifes, fazendo uma piscina natural e permitindo o banho no mar, a estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga. No banheiro senti falta de algum suporte no box para colocar sabonete e outros produtos de higiene pessoal, mas tudo ok. O café da manhã é básico.

Vale a pena!
O hotel é simples, porém fica bem localizado, próximo a melhor praia de Recife, próximo ao aeroporto, próximo a mercado e também dá pra caminhar até o shopping Recife. A região apenas carece de opções variadas de alimentação. No banheiro estava faltando a porta do box, o que causava muita bagunça ao tomar banho e o wi-fi tinha o sinal fraco.
