Hotel muito bom, bem próximo do Centro de Convenções e do Shopping Tacaruna, atendentes muito atenciosos, instalações excelentes, quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho, cama confortável, quantidade de tomadas suficientes, inclusive nos dois lados da cabeceira da cama, espelho grande para se ver de corpo inteiro, cardápio do restaurante com bastante opções e preços acessíveis, janela panorâmica do quarto proporciona uma bela vista, fiquei no 10º andar e poder ver a vista do mar e do nascer do sol foi maravilhoso! Ar condicionado antigo porém excelente, gela bastante, por isso senti falta de um cobertor no quarto. Café da manhã com bastante itens, só a parte de pães e bolos que achei um pouco fraco, também senti falta de opções veganas, apesar de terem algumas poucas opçoes sem glúten.

Segunda vez que a gente se hospeda neste hotel. Mas a experiente desta vez com o primeiro atendimento na recepção foi terrível, pois a senhora da recepção nem nos olhou, super grosseira e antipática. Se não estamos pedindo favor e sim pagando no mínimo queremos empatia e educação de quem nos recebe. Se ela não estar satisfeita na recepção que converse com os proprietários e não atender de forma azeda e sem paciência quem chega. Nota 0 para o atendimento desta senhora.
