VIAGEM AGRADÁVEL EM FAMÍLIA
Estadia agradável com a minha família... Só senti falta de alguns itens no café da manhã como pão de queijo e bolo de rolo tradicional do estado. No mais o café atendeu a todos. Frutas, iogurtes, 2 ou 3 tipos de sucos diferentes, café, salada de frutas, sobremesas coloridas e divertidas para as crianças como canjica, gelatinas. Biscoitos recheados, vários tipos de pães, tapioca feita na hora, cereais matinais, pratos quentes como salsicha, calabresa, ovos mexidos e nosso tão amado cuscuz. Sobre o atendimento, achei que faltou um pouco de receptividade ao primeiro contato. Não sei se porque eu cheguei tarde da noite, mas não me senti bem recebida. O atendente estava no celular e la continuou por alguns segundos até responder o meu boa noite e iniciar meu atendimento, que foi bem mecânico, nada receptivo como esperamos para um primeiro contato. O conforto e limpeza do quarto estavam impecáveis. Quarto vista para o mar, camas extremamente macias, lençóis, ar condicionado gelando bastante, tivemos ate que diminuir um pouco(no caso aumentar a temperatura), não estava barulhento como algumas avaliações, apesar de ser antigo. Disponibilizaram um berço gratuitamente para um maior conforto da minha bebê e tudo fluiu perfeitamente. Piscina ok, bar não estava funcionando nos dias em estivemos lá, mas restaurante sim, até às 22h salvo engano. Atendimento do restaurante sempre excepcional, funcionários super educados e extrovertidos. Fui o mais específica e sincera possível, gratidão!
