Great customer service @ the Desk I was impressed with the Lady that checked us in ,she was fast and very clear with instructions on how to park and enter your rooms and so forth . Clean Hotel and great club nextdoor called Legends with live music and DJ ,drinks were great and nice crowd and also great staff.

There is a bar attached to the hotel ; loud well into the night; smelled like smoke…. Our room door was wide open when we got to our room. Whole situation was very uncomfortable. Passing through on a family emergency. Would rather sleep in my car… was not a good experience. All around. Did not feel safe.

It was okay for a night but wouldn’t stay again. Got there at midnight. They have a club with music blasting which was making it hard to hear clerk. Room smelled of smoke. Bed was comfy but felt dated and not a relaxing vibe.

The dog room we stayed in was perfect - with it's own outside access and no carpeting on the floor. The only "complaint" I have is that it wasn't easy for me to request a dog room online. I didn't see that option anywhere. But the guy at the front desk took care of it for me. Also, you may not be able to help this with the outside entrances, but there were quite a few bugs flying around our room. Overall, though, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Well, I have to say I went by the reviews when booking this room. Either people have very low standards or they just lied. The only thing that was nice about this place was the gentleman that checked me in at the front desk and the cleanliness of the main entrance. I literally went and bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom, toilet, shower and the sink as well as the floor. My room was on the second floor. I had to walk down the hall on the first floor and go up the stairs. The marijuana smell was so overpowering. It literally took your breath away. I’ve done a lot of traveling in my years and I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel.

A Good Option in Reading
Interesting configuration. Legends Bar/Restaurant was attached but inaccessible from inside the facility, so you had to go outside and walk around to it. As I was checking in, I asked the receptionist where the laundry facility was, and without asking, he put me in a room very close to it for my convenience. The rooms have an interesting configuration in that they have an interior and an exterior door. The interior door went to the hallway that led to the laundry and to reception while the exterior door led directly to the parking lot. That made loading/unloading super easy.
