Came into town for a neighboring town festival. Arrived 70 minutes before stated check-in, room was not ready. Left and came back 2 hours later, which is now past state check-in and room was not ready. After making a few calls a room did become available. Room had 3 receptacles (there was 1 in the bathroom), 1 for the coffee maker, 1 that had mini-fridge & microwave plugged into, and 1 that was under the end table beside the bed which you had to get on hands and knees to even see. NO USB receptacles. Breakfast was a joke. No hot food only cereal, pre-packaged muffins/Danishes. NOTHING FOR A DIABETIC to consume. Being the only hotel in town, a lot let to be desired. Travel to another town with better hotel accommodations. They do the least and have the least possible because they are the only option in town.

The hotel room was clean so first and foremost that’s all I really ask for. The hotel in general needs to be updated, the carpet needs replacing, it smells a bit musty, but overall it was a good stay and the staff we did come in contact with were nice.

A very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing. The staff really needs to be familiarized with the concept of a WELCOMING ATTITUDE. The floor in the room was extremely noisey when you walked around. At 7:30 there was no more coffee or cereal left. We occupied the room and never was the room cleaned or restocked.

It appears they are trying to improve as the bathroom recently painted, you can see where the painter missed. No in room coffee but offered microwave & mini fridge, not stocked but ok. The breakfast nook looked crowed, we didn’t stay.

When you don't have a choice this is what you get
This property needs automatic opening entrance doors worse than a dead man needs a coffin. Checked at 3:00 room wasn't ready til 4:30. Otherwise a pleasant 2 day stay. I cant believe this is the only decent hotel in Hamburg.

The hotel was very clean as was the room. Plenty of towels and essentials. The Continental Breakfast was a bit sparse. Only cereal, Danish, yogurt, coffee, the OJ was empty at 7:30 AM. Otherwise all was good.

I was disappointed that breakfast did not start until 7:30 AM on the weekends. I was expecting breakfast to start at 6:30 AM as It is during weekdays and thus made plans to leave at 7 AM. When I brought this up to the person at the front desk, I was advised to eat at Cracker Barrel because they open at 5 AM. I was not expecting to pay extra for breakfast, I was expecting to eat it at the hotel.

Nice place over-all, clean fairly comfortable with only an ok staff. The staff in the evening knew nothing about the moning routine and was unconcerned. Lastly with no coffee in the room one would expect the coffee service to start early for those who rise early...not so. Coffe is only at breakfast.

Nice location, property not maintained.
Room was run down and in need of updates. Wallpaper was peeling off at the seams, ceiling had spots in the bathroom that was falling down. The rug was damp and the whole room had a musty smell, floors in bathroom had loose tiles. It was clean just worn out. The landscaping was overgrown and weeds were in all the rocky areas…looks unkept.
