Great time in Reading
The desk staff was there when we arrived and a bit later helped us get some more towels and soap. The room was clean and the bed so comfy. We used the pull out couch for my daughters and they said they were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved the breakfast taco option.

Surprisingly pleased!
We were in Reading for a concert and I’m pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was clean and comfortable. King bed was great and the queen pull out was surprisingly comfortable for my kids. Couldn’t find an ice machine on our floor though (2). Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion included in the room was nice and the shower was as well. Front desk attendant (I believe her name was Kikianiko) was so, so pleasant and sweet. Full size fridge, microwave and flatware/plates/cups came in very handy for our group. Very smart phone friendly with usb ports and the ability to unlock your door with your phone. Overall, especially for the price, this hotel was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

Disappointing to the family that the only pool was outdoors. Wouldn't stay here again b/c of that. Establishment was clean. Got coffee around 4 when arrived & it was lukewarm at best, was very good the next morning.

I loved how respectful and helpful the young lady at front desk staff was the moment my family and I walked into their establishment that evening. (I have no clue who the woman was that I had spoken to a few days prior in the day time but she sounded older and she was very much so rude towards me for simply asking questions about my reservations.) They even accommodated our service dogs with no problems. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There wasn’t any noise issues, parking was always available, they have so much big open land to where you can enjoy the view, take a little stroll if that’s your thing and even for your dogs to enjoy the fresh air. Staff was very much so accommodating and polite when we asked for a few extra bedding and towels. Their breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety to choose from (majority of the breakfast meat they were serving was pork if I’m not mistaken; however, there are plenty of other options to choose from if you do not eat pork.) there were a couple of steak houses and gas stations within walking distance. Even when we were leaving the following day, the young man was very polite and as he wished us a farewell and invited us to come again. Our entire stay was pretty much nice and welcoming. The only thing I would complain about is the $50 hold that they never released back onto my card like I was told they would; and that was 3 months ago. Other than that, I have no qualms about Homewood and I would book with them again.
