Parts are under construction, but clean and renovated areas were nice. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy, but included in room price & was good. McDonald’s & Arby’s are easy walk, too!
I am done with these clowns as Hotels.com overbooked the rooms and I got a call from Windham to tell me that my reservation is not honored.
Now, I have to jump through hoops to get my refund as it is impossible to get in touch with the customer service reps at hotels.com.
I was a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I am DONE booking any rooms through these clowns!
The gentleman who checked us in was super nice and very helpful. It was late and I just needed a place to grab a salad for dinner. Place was very nice. Reno’s had been done and room was nice and quiet!
Check-in was amazing. Got there late had no problems. Did not sleep well due to noise from others. Both shampoo and body wash was completely empty in shower so I was not able to wash in shower. When checking out the guy was not the friendliest, I was ignored while he was on computer, no one moment please, no how was everything; when finally acknowledging me he took the room key no words and turned back to computer.
Very convenient and clean. Very loud. People next door shutting their door or moving in their room sounds like the walls are coming down. Quiet room is a huge deal for me.
There is about zero sound proofing at this hotel, you could hear every door shut and every conversation even all the way down the hallway. The continental breakfast was subpar, all there was was donuts cereal and waffles. Our fire alarm kept going off and no one came to fix it. The tv channels had an awful selection. There was about a 1.5 inch gap under the door. It says it’s under construction but there was none happening. Definitely not kid friendly either.
Room smells, no carpet, some plugs don’t work, overpriced..wouldn’t stay again

The front desk clerk was friendly & engaging. The hotel was under repair so there were some areas that looked not so tidy/clean. Room.was basic. Bed was super comfy. Shower had good pressure & bathroom was clean.
We checked in around 9pm at night and appeared a nuisance to be checking in. Not as friendly as expected.
But the morning, the crew doing front desk and the food was super friendly and helpful. Upon leaving, my daughter left her animal pillow. We drove away to the nearby gas station where he brought it to us, super friendly and nice
