Terrific Stay 10/10

Our Stay was terrific. Check in staff was friendly and the process was smooth. Hotel room was clean, had a terrific mattress, nice room decor with a large TV and a safe, well light parking lot . We will stay at this property again!

The parking lot had been plowed but not cleared. It was difficult to know where to park and the handicapped parking area was not cleared and it was icy. Mentioned it both times while checking in and checking out. They need to attend to this before someone falls. Otherwise my stay was good except that the elevator was broken so had to climb the stairs. I did say that I’d rather have a room on the ground floor but was told that my room was on the second floor and was that alright? I made it but going up was a trial. Going down was a breeze so my stay was good. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is always great.
