Overall it was very nice. The pool, arcade and restaurant are great for kids. The pillows were the only negative worth mentioning, they were flatter than pancakes.

Staff was very unfriendly checking in and checking out. Fire alarm went off early morning. Staff said it happens all the time. A bunch of loud kids at all hours. Check out wasn’t until noon but house keeping was knocking on the door at 9 am. The Perkins resturant attached was very good with polite staff.

My daughter asked for extra towels when we checked in, you know, there’s almost never enough in the room. To our surprise there were already PLENTY. Outside of that, we just needed a place to crash for the night. The staff were very nice and the room was immaculate. Wish we could have enjoyed the rest of the activities there, but we were on our way to Mt. Rushmore.

Fun but noisy

Nice accomodations. Very clean. The water park is a very nice benefit. Breakfast was good with many choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. People in the next room were extremely noisy both nights. The staff was quick to help but the people in the room would not respond. A lot of noise from the hall way and room above.

Always a pleasure

Stayed here multiple times — always love it! Very clean, friendly staff, all the amenities you could need, beds are comfortable, convenient location to restaurants, fast food, shopping, and interstate. Watiki Water Park is our favorite indoor water park (and this is saying a lot considering how much we travel and how many water parks we've been to).
