We stayed at this property before and it was excellent. The staff is still great, but it seems like they’ve cut a lot of corners to save costs. The breakfast wasn’t nearly as good, no breakfast meat at all. Just some canned sausage gravy. The coffee was so weak you could see through it. I don’t know if they have new owners who are trying to cut costs, but it’s not quite the same as it was before.

We had room 211 right off the elevator. The worse room ever! I have no idea why they don’t insulate/sound proof the rooms right by the elevator?!?! Absolutely absurd! Kids and people all hours running up and down the hallways and in and out of the elevators! I called to talk to a manager and they took a messsge. I still haven’t heard anything bavk. So we will see tomorrow. Busiest travel days are the weekends, you should have a manager available.
