Very nice comfortable hotel.
When we arrived in our room, the air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot. I called the front desk and someone came right away and fixed the problem. The people à the reception were very friendly and helpful. With my limited Spanish and their limited English, we got along beautifully!

Very modern and convenient located near a grocery store and mall. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed it very much. Although breakfast is open until 11 am they have a tendency to close it down early like 10:30, besides that great.

They need to place a hair dryer in every room. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. It is attached to a shopping mall so shopping was convenient.

Nice hotel
Very good hotel, nice and big bedroom, comfortable bed, great working space available inside the room. My only problem was that the heating system wasn't working. I thought it was just a regular a/c, so I didn't call the reception. Later on, I found out that it wasn't working.

A good place to stay
Excellent location. Room had little cosmetic details in the bathroom. Amazing black out curtains. On Sundays breakfast starts at 8am, a little later than desired but not a deal breaker. Attached to a mall and direct access to food court.

Nice business hotel
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, although the bathroom floor still had hairs from the previous occupant and had not been cleaned. Breakfast was good. It was a pleasant enough experience and we would stay there again.

Great hotel in good location
The hotel starts on the fourth floor of a high rise with shopping, offfices and a food court below. There is free parking under the building and it is connected to a major shoppping area. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient area for transportation. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are large and comfortable and the view is amazing. The breakfast was ok except for the cold eggs. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Overall it is an outstanding place to stay for both leisure and business.

VERY NICE HOTEL
A very nice hotel in Chile. Though the English spoken by the front desk was no better than my bad Spanish, we were able to communicate easily and they were listening and accommodating. Communication to their guests would be a big plus - for example, after we first arrived in our rental car, we took a ride to find a place to shop for some essentials we had planned to buy when we got to Chile. When we returned an hour later, we found that the entrance to the underground parking was closed (this was at night). But driving around the place, we found another entrance to the parking, on the other side of the building, that was still open. If we had known that beforehand, it would have spared us the momentary panic of our first night in Chile. Also, we found that when we wanted to leave the next morning, we found that the only "Exit" from the parking area was gated closed. We had to return to the front desk. They called down to the parking staff and then assured us it was open. We went back down and found the gate still secured, but a parking attendant came and escorted us to one of the "Entrance" ramps -- VERY CLEARLY MARKED "ONE WAY - DO NOT ENTER" and indicated we should proceed out the "in" ramp.

They change our hotel without good explanation, and without consulting us. Other people got the surprise that they did not have any reservation at all!
