Great staff. Hotel was dated but very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hot water was great but the water pressure was very low. My friends had no water pressure issues so it was a local issue to my room. I will return next year as it is conveniently located to the arena.

The bathroom needed work such as lose shelving, one half roll of tp, limited towels,etc. The area for breakfast was dark and the food was very limited so i never had breakfast at the hotel.

I liked the value I got for my stay. I didn't like the breakfast provided. Didn't have many healthy choices, and I didn't like the quality of food they did have. Only had breakfast there once in my three day stay.

Not happy with my stay.

My stay started asking about a lower rate for educators. I was told there was not. Later, I found out with the morning employee that there is a reduced price for teachers. I am 65 years old with a bad knee. I have to lift all my stuff through the stairs, the elevator was not working. The covers of the pillows were yellow and old. The room details are not clean. The breakfast is beyond poor and basic. Your hotel is basic-poor in all aspects.

This is an older property and is adequate for staying on a budget for events at the Lenovo Center or Carter-Finley Stadium. 20min walk. The staff was pleasant. I can't comment on the breakfast because I left early this time.

I checked in with my 85 year old mom who has mobility issues…and yes I made mention of this when I checked in. The hotel is not very accommodating…room too far… and I wasn’t told until I was checking out that a wheelchair had been available. Also, toilets are too low and there is no safety bars near toilet or in the shower/tub area.

This facility is conveniently located near the Lenovo Center and a short drive or Uber to nearby dining, Hillsborough Street and downtown Raleigh or Cary. Clean and comfortable, reasonably priced for the location. Only negative is that check-in host and in-room signage informed us that breakfast was available until 10:30 instead of 10;00 am. The dining room hostess was very friendly and apologetic and offered to get us cereal, yogurt, fruit. She even lamented that recommendations to update the signs have been made numerous times. This is our second time here and will definitely stay here again.

Less than a mile to hockey venue (currently called the Lenovo Center). Easy to walk to arena from hotel. Clean and comfortable, but there were no drink vending machines and no readily available purchasing option. My grandson liked the breakfast, but he recommended a waffle maker. We will likely stay again, but bring drinks.

74 degrees and pool not open no mention on booking site. Key cards didn’t work multiple times and had to walk back to front desk. Toilet stopped flushing but continues to run and no repair made. Little water pressure in shower. Beverage vending machine stopped working and no option to use another one. Paid for late check out yet housekeeping entered my room twice waking me up as well as front desk staff knocking on my door before check out time

There were multiple outside areas to sit. Inside cozy sofa around a fireplace. There was a bar and the breakfast was sufficient. I really enjoy that there wer balconies. I would atay there again.
