front desk staff was excellent, breakfast was okay for my stay. my room i received had a dirty refrigerator, shower area had mold, bottle top was on the floor under the desk, went to open the curtains in the room died bugs was in the window. Doing checkout i sat in the lobby waiting area i saw spider webs in the window.
It's what you would expect for less than $100 a night. Not the cleanest, old..the bathroom sink was cracked and plastered the shower leaked on the floor because the door seal was broken. The cleaner didn’t do an awesome job either as there was someone dried pee still on the front of the toilet...gross. The bed was nice and it was quiet so there's that I guess.
Rude, not honest, wouldn’t give me a refund. Went to 4 different rooms. First 2 rooms didn’t have ac, the 3rd room someone was in and the 4th room did not have working ac either. I left. Called Expedia for a refund and they said they had to get the refund from the hotel, they called the hotel and the hotel refused to give a refund. Rude, not honest!
