Room was run down and smelled dirty and wet. Outlets and lights were not working, including the bathroom. Some of the linens were well worn and drywall was peeling from apparent water damage.

We loved the pool and how quiet and peaceful it was. However, we were there for 6 nights and had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths every morning. I asked housekeeping three times if they would clean our room and change our bed linens. On the last day we were there I ask the front desk why it was not getting done they said housekeeping has lots of rooms to get cleaned. We were gone through the day until after 7 o’clock. They finally cleaned our room Sunday but we checked out Monday. The staff was very nice but the housekeeping was terrible.

Very comfortable, modern room with a great layout. Brandy and Kevin at the front desk were so inviting and friendly as well as being very efficient.

very basic room with old decor, but clean bed and bathroom. Strange smell in rooms, probably from mold or ac unit. Cleaning staff very friendly, but front desk and breakfast staff were kinda rude and short.

It was under renovation so some mess is to be expected. Nice people, nice room. My complaints are square short pillows that were impossible to get comfortable in. The clerk was able to find me 2 regular pillows however. They need to splurge on lids for the coffee cups as well.

The outside was having construction done and it was in poor condition. When we walked in, I had to yell multiple times for someone to come check us in. There were people behind us trying to check in too. The workers came out from behind the wall and seemed stoned. We got into the elevator and it was filthy. The hotel room was completely outdated and looked nothing like the images online. We left and got another hotel within 1 hour of checking into the property.

The property is dirty. The roof was leaking. We arrived in the room and the air was off. It was 86 degrees inside the room. No bath soap Poor in all areas!!

Nice rooms and staff. But very musky and humid in the rooms. Stains on sheets. Probably a nice hotel in its day but now smells and it’s hard to be comfortable there. Won’t be back.
