This place isn't bad, but it shows signs of deferred maintenance, the down comforter was full of lumps, and should be replaced.

The room was very nice and clean. We got a room by the elevator and you could hear lots of commotion. The lady who checked us in was confused about the whole process and wanted a cc that matched the one on file. I didn’t have that one because apparently it was a card from a third party(Travelocity). This hotel is a quick ride to the airport and I would stay again just get a room further from the elevator.

No transportation before 5 am makes this a useless airport property for early morning flights. Room had a broken sink. No one available at check out. Not the same level as other Hyatt Place properties. Would not recommend.

To dark in the rain
The side roads to get there were major dark in the rain, needs more street lights. Once we entered, it was confusing as were and who will check us in.

Staff was awesome and friendly. My issue was the "RDU to Airport Shuttle" was unavailable upon arrival. When I called the hotel I was advised from reservation that the "Ghe Complimentary Shuttle bus is unavailable, so just take an Uber" 🤐

The coffee pods in the rooms don’t fit the coffee maker. The carpet in the room was torn up. The airport shuttle was “broken as of 2 days ago”, which was the reason we chose the hotel. Staff wasn’t friendly.
