The property is old and needs renovation. The elevators are in dire need of repair. One elevator was shut down and the other felt like it was going to break every time I got in. The room carpet was full of stains. No hot water in the morning. The back sliding door did not lock. I asked the front desk to send up maintenance. I waited around for an hour and a half and he never came. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The hotel is an older one. You can see the oldness within the room. But it still worth the stay. The fitness center in the basement is sort of unusual, cold and isolated. The breakfast staff were amazing. However, the housekeeping staff needs improvement, not up to par. Very disappointed not recognized as a Hilton Honors Member.

If you want convenience of being near the mall & other stores, amazing! Outside lighting is dim. The ambience when you walk in, beautiful! Took a few minutes before anyone appeared to check in. The elevator is a bit sketchy like it's going to break down & trap you at any moment. The room, very clean & spacious. I love the balcony although there's not much of a view. The heating system is very noisy when it comes on as if it needs repairs so unless you're a very deep sleeper, you're not going to rest with the noise.

Poor condition, cleanliness, and service

I stay in hotels about 60 nights a year and almost never rate one this low but this hit a trifecta of poor maintenance, dirty, and lousy service. The checkin experience was fine, but after that it was all down hill. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service, towels were super worn and multiple had holes or rips. Curtains had large stains, bathroom ceiling had peeling paint, shower caulk had mildew, disposal in the kitchen had a spoon and a bunch on McDonald’s fries in it (box still in kitchen trash). There were only 2 spoons and 1 pan that should have been thrown out a couple of years ago. Service staff at breakfast were very inappropriate. The first morning the woman restocking breakfast told us we were rude within 30 seconds of arriving because we didn’t say good morning and thank you when we arrived (it’s a self service breakfast). The second morning was a different woman, we arrived more than an hour before the end of breakfast and they were out of 2 of the 3 hot items. I asked if they were going to bring out more eggs and you would have thought I asked her to carry a piano up a flight of stairs. The combination of things make it clear this is a ownership/management issue not just a random bad experience with someone having an off day. We would definitely not stay her again

Spacious, good layout. Clean. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Good location. Has the basics. It is an older property so more attention could be paid to upkeep: doors off hinges, some doors don’t close properly. Libby bathroom needs attention partition disconnected, one toilet not working. All in all, I would stay here again.

I like everything but the weird nasty stains on the blankets that I got for the sofa bed, also that the blankets were not available in the room, so we had to go get them from the front desk. Maybe more control on residents freely smoking marijuana inside the bedrooms will help customers with little kids feeling better. It is completely unnecessary to walk the hallways smelling that. With that being said, everything else was great, including a very nice breakfast.

We checked in for 2 night. There was 3 of use staying and only 2 sets of towel. Which is fine. My daughter went down the next day to ask for towels. The front desk said she will send the housekeeper up. She called 20 mins later, saying they are behind. But will be the towel up. That was 10 am. As I was sick that weekend. So I stayed in the room. My family left and came back at 6 pm. The towels still didn’t hit make it to the room. So he had to go back down to get it himself. We book a king suit me that sleep 4 people. Yet the room only had 2 sets of towels. It’s was a waste of money for sure. For the that price and

A very very very run down hotel. Our air conditioning wasn't working so we had to have that fixed. In the meantime we tried to use our fan and that broke. Half way through our trip our microwave started beeping and saying error on it. The entire hotel was just gross and run down. The staff we interacted with were amazing though!

Perfect place to stay. We had a suite. Room was large, but there was a bunch of hair on the tiled floor. Were not real clean. Had good water pressure. Beds were done well. The beds slept great. I also liked the full length mirror. I needed ice, so the women at the front desk got me some. They had no public ice machine.

It was an ok stay but just ok. The breakfast was constantly out of food and generally just disorganized. The fitness room is in the basement and Peleton did not work. One of the main reason we stay at Hilton locations is the Peleton to keep up with our workouts. It was just generally dirty and in need of repair. Our room the air conditioning unit was dusty and the front falling off. The sheets were well used - and just didn’t feel fresh. The rooms was spacious and quiet.
