Beautiful property and very spacious rooms. Excellent neighborhood and dining options close by. Only thing that I would improve is grassy areas for dog pottying... had to go out on the sidewalk for that.

Convenient and quiet location. Incredibly clean and the property is in good shape. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Raleigh. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Hotel was fine as long as you have low expectations. Staff was nice but not very attentive, and I am getting very tired of hotels that do not offer daily housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels, the business center computer was not working, the staff did not pay attention to the breakfast buffet and had to ask for milk and coffee. I also recommend bringing your own bath products. Hate the unsanitary products on the wall and there was no body lotion or conditioner. The location was convenient and it was pretty clean, otherwise. Good location for a game at Carter- Finley Stadium.

At check in our room was found ajar. When I contacted the front desk I was told maintenance had been in the room and hadn't locked the door but it should be OK. The kitchen floor looked water damaged. There were no kitchen towels. The following morning in the hall outside of our bathroom the floor was a puddle and the paper over the wall had fallen into the floor. The breakfast frequently ran out of plates. Fruit was very overripe to the point of rotten. Definitely will not return.

Hotel was ina great location but during check in no one was up front and we had to wait several minutes. Elevator was dirty and didn’t appear to be a working order kept closing door and then opening. The room was large but did t have a hair dryer. When I called the front desk they said they asked the house keeper for an additional one and there was none to be found. I had to air dry my hair and I was very disappointed. We went down to breakfast at 9:30 and there was no more plates and we could not locate an employee to get some so we left without breakfast.

What limited staff they had were super friendly. The hotel itself I have to say is just tired. Wallpaper peeling off, bathroom just worn out, stains on the furniture. And I was hoping to use the po which was empty and full of leaves. I e been in worse hotels but would not stay there again.
