This property needs some serious help. The water was cold the entire 4 night stay during the winter. And I had a cold. The toilet kept running and they kept fixing it only to run again. Then it stopped working and I fixed it. The bathroom is way out of date. I would not stay here again.

An unpleasant experience
When we first arrived, the receptionist wasn't very hospitable and barely told us how to get to our room. When we arrived in the room, it had a musty smell to it. The lighting was very dim, the air vents were filled with dust. The overall vibe wasn’t very pleasant so we cut our stay short because of it.

The Home in Homewood Suites Crabtree Valley
We stay at Homewood Suites frequently. We travel with service dogs and it’s a fantastic hotel for dogs. The rooms are perfect with separate sitting areas and a kitchenette as well as two tvs when your spouse u have very different viewing ideas. The hotel is conveniently located but remote enough to be able to walk our dogs comfortably and not in downtown pedestrian traffic. The hotel could use some upgrades but the kind and efficient staff, always are ready make up for it!

As you pull in it seems like it’s going to be a good nice clean property. As we entered the room it smelled really bad. It seemed like the air didn’t work properly I had it set on 68 and it didn’t seem to cool. I asked for extra pillows and they said they were out of them. I really don’t understand how a hotel could be out of pillows. The breakfast area was super busy which I understand but it was really small and crowded. Not bad but that’s my opinion

I had booked 3 rooms for a family event Two of the 3 rooms were fine; however, the 3rd room was a disaster. As soon as the party entered they noted an immediate Oder for which they did have an air freshener in place to try to diminish the Oder; however the Oder remained. They were kind and accommodated a room switch although they didnt have another double. After moving to the 2nd room they soon noticed a bug. After a bit they had seen at least 4 bugs. Not small ones I would note as well, so they then asked to be moved again. Finally the 3rd room worked out okay. The attendants were very kind ;however, it should never take 3 tries to get a decent room when you are paying over $200 I will be asking for a complete refund for that room I might say the carpets in the halls were in bad shape as well

My stay was good. Tub needed caulking as I could see mold. It is somewhat outdated. Dont park under a tree lots of oak trees. Love the fall leaves makes it pretty. Most people let dogs go unattended at pool area to potty as its fenced in and not in season.

We had booked a king size suite, but given a suite with 2 small beds not big enough for two people one of which was jammed against a window. Both beds were very soft seemed to creek when sat on. After 10 mins realised we were not going to get a good nights sleep we asked for a room that we had booked. Luckily we got it changed. Overall hotel was okay, if not a little tired in the decor. The suite had good facilities, although the tv did not work.
