On one occasion during my stay, an ambulance arrived at the hotel due to a reported medical emergency, possibly a heart attack. That evening, while I was using the hotel’s complimentary laundry facilities—a notable amenity—a night attendant, described as wearing glasses and having little hair, approached me. He questioned me aggressively about the incident, which I have no idea. His behavior was unprofessional, confrontational, and included shouting, which I found distressing. Upon checking out, I reported this issue to a coworker, who informed me that the attendant’s name was likely Mike. I urge the hotel management to address this staff member’s conduct to ensure a more respectful guest experience.

Room was spacious, staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was locating conveniently within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping centers. Great place to stay when touring UNC and Duke with your family. Its only a 20 minute ride to both.

not a great value for the money spent. noisy, some areas in poor repair. the room i tried to sleep in was noisy (road noise), noisy (hvac in obvious distress), and noisy (a loud, repetitive knocking sound from somewhere down the hall). the ‘breakfast’ is a complete disaster: nearly inedible, confusing arrangement, very limited seating, and the layout ensures you’ll be trampling other guests. there are better hotels with walkable food for less money a block or two away.

it was very noisy, both from people walking in the room above us, and the people in the next room, since the connecting door had an open space allowing for sound to come from the room to the point we could hear their voices even at normal speaking volume. Also, we stayed for 3 days but our room was never service, the maid said we weren’t on her list and the front desk said it is only serviced every other day. Very disappointed in a Hilton property.

Liked that the laundry was free and adjacent exercise room was in good condition. Wierd that stairs only exit outside and not a way into the lobby. Bed was moderately comfy. Service was good and responded well to my notice that the disposall was not working. My wife also appreciated the nice room.

The room was comfy. I liked the squishy pillows. Most hotels have hard pillows. It was surprisingly quiet at night and in the morning and we slept well. The front desk was friendly.

The place was dirty, under the mattress was a pubic hair and dirt. The seats at the breakfast dining area was so dirty. I took photos of their clean guarantee they have posted near the dining area and the photos of the extremely dirty seats. Unfortunately I didn't get photos under the mattress. Service was good on Saturday and Monday, but Sunday the lady stayed on her tablet at one of the dining tables and didn't even greet you when you come in. The alarm was going off most of the night and during the day.

I liked the hotel. The rooms were really clean. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they have postings about car thefts around the area. So everytime I would leave the hotel to go to my car it was a game to see if my car was still right where I left it. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast was basic but not bad.

Not what we have come to expect from a Home2 Suites. Upon check in, we were charged a parking fee of $14/night when Expedia clearly stated parking was free. However, they never asked for a vehicle description or gave us a ticket to put in our car. This was just a miscellaneous “extra” charge. We were given room keys to a door that did not open due to a faulty handle. And, we found out later that this was already known. This was the last 2 queen bed room available. We were offered a king—which we took since it was midnight. No offering of a discount but king rooms were less expensive than the 2 queens. We discovered we couldn’t get anything to come on the TV. I called down to the front desk and she offered absolutely no advice other than saying she’d get someone to come check it in the morning (we were only staying one night). In the morning, my husband realized the only way to watch tv was if you hooked up a laptop as there were no regular tv stations available. There was no hot water for a shower. It was lukewarm at best. The only positive thing I have to say about our stay is bed was comfortable. I plan to contact Expedia about the hidden parking charges. Not that it was a big expense, but we felt it was bogus.
