The employees were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The design of the bathroom door and the closet door being the same door just sliding across one or the other was downright dumb and inconvenient. Shower floor was quite slippery. The breakfast choices were pretty good, and seemed plentiful. The weight room had a cable tower in bad repair, and only 1 out of 3 treadmills worked properly, but had plenty of cold drinking water and wipes for cleaning equipment. Overall, a decent place, and I'd stay there again.
Rooms were new and clean. Coffee available in the lobby all day. Breakfast was great with many options. Located near shopping center for easy access to store and restaurants.
Long wait to get snacks and bottle water. Clerk very busy

The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast pretty good. The facility? Desperately needs refreshing. Even just some paint maybe. Take down those faded and ragged signs in the elevators.
Above and beyond customer service from check-in, the breakfast host, and check-out. You could not ask for a better location as far as shopping and dining.
Absolutely amazing, breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The mattress was in poor condition & very uncomfortable. Our room also had an odor, we never could determine what it was. Breakfast was good. Overall it was average, not sure I would stay here again
