We REALLY liked this hotel and will definitely go out of our way to stay here again! It’s very close to the airport, which was very easy. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, we chose a delicious Indian restaurant. The bed was on the firm side, which I feel neutral about and they had a variety of pillows (harder with loft to feather). I’m not usually a hotel breakfast person, although my husband loves them. I’m vegan and sometimes can’t even find one thing to eat other than a banana so have to plan ahead for my food. They had steel cut oats with several topping and PLENTIFUL fruit.. I’m talking raspberries and blackberries that hadn’t been previously frozen! That was exciting and I had a whole plate full of fruit. They even had oat milk, which I was able to use for my coffee. This was a very pleasant hotel in multiple ways: spacious, quiet and safe. We’ll be back!

The hotel was very close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was a plus. The room was nice/clean. The breakfast was ok. The staff in the dining area nice. Housekeepers nice. The shuttle drivers nice. However it was the night clerk Penny that really needs customer service training. The hotel needs to invest in customer service dealing with stressful situations. Instead of her being empathetic. She argumentative, rude, and igniting a situation instead of calming it. It’s almost was like she was taunting me.
