Family / Spring break get away. 2025

The stay started out good but then on Saturday morning my niece found a hair in her food, there was no manager on site to communicate with. This was shown to a worker- Josie - who took the evidence and purposely dropped it so we would not have evidence but my daughter had already took a picture of it. Josie was also not very nice to guest and asking guest to move from lounging/ seated areas during breakfast hours. Also if no pets are not allowed in the food area- there needs to be sign posted. This does not bother me in any way but if you are pet friendly- guidance on this matter needs to be posted like the signs posted for no outside food. I saw a couple of guest get upset about that. Needs just a little follow up for employees in these areas . I also was not given a parking sign to put in my car- I had to ask after I did see an employee giving them out to guest the day after my check- in.

The property and rooms were clean and the hotel was gorgeous. Only negative that I have which really isn’t a big deal was we had to wake up super early for my daughters cheer comp but couldn’t enjoy breakfast because it didn’t start until 7:30 am. We love the breakfast at embassy suites and this was a first time we couldn’t enjoy it.

The room wasn’t clean. I came to find socks and clothes of the previous customer or occupant in the room. The floor was dirty with food crumbs on the floor. I will not stay here again. Motel 8 is far better than the price they charge per night.

My husband and I spent our valentines weekend at Embassy Suites and we loved it. The breakfast, surroundings and staff were awesome. The Murder Mystery Dinner and show was very entertaining. We love it.
