The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I had difficulty with the room key, trying to enter the side door from the parking lot and again when trying to enter my room. Toni came to the rescue and all was resolved. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much and would stay here again.

Friendly and professional staff all around. Nice lobby and courtyard but rooms could use an upgrade or maybe at a minimum remove popcorn ceiling and textured walls. But that is cosmetic only as the room was very clean and well appointed. I was surprised that the TV only had 4 app options with no ability to download my favs or cast a show from my iPhone.

We saw very little of the hotel because this was a quick in, quick out stay. Certainly not a Ritz-Carlton but clean, quite and comfortable.

Check in was very smooth and those working were nice and welcoming. Plenty of parking but filled up totally as the night went on. There was a lot of hallway noise until about 1am when it quieted down. Thankfully the A/C was insanely loud and clunky so it drowned out basically any other sounds. The bed was very firm and well used. The noise, a/c and the underwhekmubg bedding beds were the main issues. The shower floor was also well used and stained from wear. Room was clean and well prepared by housekeeping. There were no problems, so we were satisfied as we only stayed one night. Didn’t make use of any breakfast offered, so can not speak on that.

They had a coffee pot in room which I never like that coffee. I surprised to find they didn’t have free coffee in the lobby area in the morning but you could BUY it. That’s enough for me not to go back.

We chose the property because of offered a bar/restaurant as one party member had mobility issues only to find out at check in that both are closed. Checked in to our room to find what was at worst blood or at best vomit sprayed across the shower door. Followed up with hotel management who took the time to copy and paste an insincere message that could've applied to any situation. There are lots of places to stay in Cary NC is recommend finding another one.

Great room, lobby. Bistro closed though.

Had to ask for extra services I needed, but they came through. Great lobby with small seating cubbies and TVs. Pretty weird that they shut down Bistro for holidays so I had to go offsite for food and drink. At least there was a market in lobby.
