DO NOT BOOK HERE! They are currently "renovating" and the place is a mess. There were also people loitering around that looked like drug addicts. The management is also terrible. When I checked in, I witnessed a drug deal take place right in front of my room and I felt extremely unsafe. When i brought this up to the General Manager, he told me it's not his problem and he refused to issue a refund.

Roaches, torn bed sheets and curtains, ROACHES, burn marks on the bath tub and just overall DIRTY. I went right back to the lobby for a refund. The manager was not there at the time since I checked in at night. The next morning I called and the Hispanic/Indian receptionist was very rude and claimed the manager was not there. The day after that, same thing and she told me to call the police and hung up in my face. & I did just that. When the police and I got there the manager was magically there and the lady was not popping it like she was on the phone and I got my refund back. The officer said he was at the same hotel multiple times that day.

There were prostitutes and drug dealers everywhere around the property and on the property. There was someone asleep in front of my room door and I couldn’t even get into the room due to the front desk staff not knowing how to grant access to the rooms. I went to the front desk to ask for help and the staff didn’t return for half an hour. The entire facility smells like urine. Expedia tried to help with getting me a refund but no one answered the phone.

So, when me and my friend originally checked in they were nice. The room though had cigarette burns in the sheets, there were roaches, they ran out of towels, none of the ice machines worked either. When we were working on getting our the stuff out of the room one of the staff stopped us and made us go back to our room and wanted to pull everything out of our room. They were complaining rude and not understanding us or even listening to us. They were rude and inconsiderate claiming that they need the room for other people when there were rooms that were already empty. Not only that you literally had to use your whole just to shut the door. Also, it was clear that the most of the staff were illegal's.

Dilapidated, run down, unkempt, sketchy
This place is worse than a motel 6 and Super 8 combined! Definitely needs a renovation and investment by the owner. All this for the price of a room and a 50$ deposit. I am unable to add photos but the vanity light looked like it had been ripped off the wall, the walls were full of holes with some patching. Bedspread had multiple cigarette burns. There were homeless druggies everywhere but luckily, the hotel had a fence, still felt unsafe, especially after dark. Signs said it was under construction but I think that was posted to distract you from the state of the rooms plus it didn't look like any recent work was being done anyway.
