This is my opinion based on fact - pool area lacking seating - pool area lacking changing rooms, outdated , many people were surprised - had a power outage and corridors were not lit appropriately and very dark , many people mentioned this to us - went to lobby and head counter and no one was to be found for a while during power outage - Great centralized location - Great that we had a cooking area with dishes and plates Rooms were very clean and facilities also kudos to cleaning crew

While clean a lot of things need an upgrade such as the bedding and pillows. Also the mattresses are way too soft. The pool and hot tub were very murky.

This was a road trip for our 40th Anniversary. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and were comfortable. I do have to commend the reception staff member when we first arrived for there restaurant/cafe recommendations and "OGGIE' the next day for some of his advice on possible places to see and avoid.

We had a nice two day stay at the hotel. So close to hot spring and the town is very charming and cozy. The drive to the Radium hot spring is a must if you go to Banff and all the national parks near there. Kootenay national park is on the way there and there are trails to stop by and see all the amazing sceneries. Marble canyon and paint pots is a must trails to go. We did not have time to do all of them. It was a wonderful trip to Banff in August 2024.

We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor with excellent views of the mountains. The bed was cozy, room was modern, spacious and quiet. The hotel had everything you needed and its location was walkable to everything in Radium. The maid service was great (as you choose when or if they came). Overall, my husband and I were very happy with this place and it did not disappoint. My only complaint was that the hottub wasn't hot enough, it was more like a warm tub. Not a big deal, as we just went to the hot springs nearby, anyways. Would stay again!
