What I didn’t like were : it takes a long time for hot water,fridge icebox needs to be defrosted, a lot of small repairs need to be done.

Our suite (28) was just right for us. I wish I had known that they take a $200 deposit on top of paying for the room. Was returned the day we checked out. Only thing maybe that they put knobs on the cupboard doors in kitchenette and run the water prior to our check in because it took a while running the water before it got hot.

The room was overall really nice the only thing was the bed was a little springy and uncomfortable and kind of sunk in on one side of the bed so you were falling off a little bit but it was okay. The kitchenette was nice to have for Christmas Day breakfast. Overall we would go back here.

Owners are super friendly and provided great service. Kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed. Although we didn’t use it, there is a bbq area free to use with a covered gazebo with plenty of seating out of the snow. Would definitely stay my next time in Radium!
