I didn’t have a stay. The automated system at the unmanned hotel didn’t recognise the booking details. Therefore stuck sleeping in the car

Prima hotel voor doortocht naar Denemarken. Kamer is klein, maar prima. Ontbijt was ok. Als je na 22u wil inchecken heb je wel een code nodig van Ibis zelf. Die van Hotels werkt niet. Daarom kan je best even naar de receptie bellen.

Wir waren nur zum Schlafen dort, dafür reichte es. Ansonsten hat es eine gute Anbindung. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber dafür sauber.

Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise

Auf der Durchreise nach Skandinavien ein gutes Hotel, Zimmer eher klein aber ausreichend. Check in am Automaten sehr schnell. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Man hört aber leider jedes Wort was auf dem Gang gesprochen wird.

Tyvärr var det problem med lamporna, i det ena rummet blinkade en ljusslinga och var svår att stänga av. I det andra rummet var det samma problem med ljusslingan. Dessutom tändes alla lampor efter vi släckt flera gånger under natten. När vi gick tidigt på morgonen hittade vi ingen att berätta det för.

Das Zimmer war sauber der Parkplatz kostenlos. Check in sollte bis 15:00 Uhr sein aber 5 vor 3 war schon keiner da so musste ich bis 17:00 Uhr warten weil ich keinen Code zu gesendet bekommen habe. ☹️ im Zimmer gibt es keine Kofferablage

Falscher Zugangscode, wie kann das passieren

Der Zugang ist nur Aotomatisch möglich. Ich habe von Hotels. com keinen gültigen Zugangscode erhalten und stand vor riesigen Schwierigkeiten und musste den Notfallknopf auslösen.

Viele nette Leute im Hotel, auch der Hund wurde gerne begrüßt. Das Ibis Quickborn ist sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und liegt verkehrstechnisch äußerst günstig. Immer wieder zu empfehlen 😀 Reise war von NRW nach Dänemark, Jammerbucht im Zwischenstopp.

Abschreckender Check-in

Zur angegebenen Uhrzeit für den frühesten Check-in um 15 Uhr war nur ein Terminal verfügbar, dass mit der Hotels.com Reiseplannr. nichts anzufangen wusste und auf die Reservierungsnummer bestand. Die FAQ‘s waren Zeitverschwendung. Der Chatbot von Hotels.com erkannte das Problem auch nach umformulieren mehrfach nicht. Eine Telefonnummer war nicht zu finden. Irgendwo war ein Link zum Chat mit einer Person. Hat ein bisschen gedauert aber dort habe ich die richtige Nummer bekommen. Ab 17:00h war dann ein Mitarbeiter präsent. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben.
