The hotel is very conveniently located and the room was fine although a little bit noisy. Importantly, the bed was disastrous. Very slippery so it was impossible to keep the bedsheets in place. Limited parking. Breakfast cooker had no idea how to serve over easy eggs. I definitively will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it

La propiedad esta en una ubicación adecuada para llegar en carro, y a una distancia relativamente cerca del centro 15min caminando. El personal es amable sin embargo no tiene un servicio al cliente, al check in te piden tus datos y los datos de tu vehículo, mi vehículo estuvo con la alarma sonando y no me contactaron, por que no sabian de quien era el vehículo. La regadera esta tapada solo salen tres hilitos de agua para diferentes lados, y el agua caliente nos dijeron que porfavor dejaramos correr 10min el agua y ya salia, cero respeto por el medio ambiente y por el cuidado del agua. Por la madrugada tuvimos que contactar a recepción ya que unos huéspedes tenian fiesta en su cuarto, de shots y fondos de botella. Parecia que habiamos llegado a dormir a un bar. Levantamos reporte 3veces y la cosa continuo. Cabe mencionar que dejaba pasar 15a20min entre reporte, la última ve, que contacto con recepción no me contestaron dos intentos y nada. Tuve que ir directo a recepción a las 3am y el chico me entonces marco para pedir que le bajaran que la señorita de otro cuarto estaba ya quejandose. Fatal, me dijeron que no podian hacer nada y que el hotel estaba lleno entonces que tampoco me podian reubicar como lo solicitaba. Fatal la falta de hospitalidad pro parte del hotel, una cosa es un personal amable y otra es que no sepan dar una atención al cliente.

El hotel estuvo bien (a mi madre le encanto, sólo un par de cosas de mantenimiento que podrían mejorar) pero la pesima experiencia que tuve, fue en su restaurante "La Spezia", desde que arribo mi familia, la señora que esta en un escritorio junto a la puerta de la calle (ingresamos por la puerta del estacionamiento) no regreso el saludo, el mesero joven muy amable pero estuvo riendo en la cocina que tomar nuestro pedido (falta de capacitación y supervision), la cocina se tardo en entregar la fruta (solo una persona) y jamás llegaron a recoger los platos vacios principales (mala presentacion ver platillos sucios vacíos en otras mesas), uno tenia que pararse para ir a pedir cubiertos faltantes o aderezos; el mesero se fue (me imagino que termino su turno) y ni comento a quien seria su reemplazo. Regreso al hotel (no pude usar la alberca por el clima) pero su restaurante demuestra su falta de querer atender a un huésped, tiempo después, la recepcionista del hotel fue a cobrarnos ya que en el restaurante no tenían ni una sola terminal. Hicimos en ese momento énfasis (a la recepcionista) de la calidad del servicio del restaurante ya que hablar en el comedor con alguien, seria hablar con la pared. Agradezco la atención de la recepcionista, ya que vio muchos detalles de ese mal momento que pasamos en el rest y no pudo hacer nada (no dependía de ella). Volveria al hotel, NO RECOMIENDO en restaurante, ni ganas me dieron de probar su bufete con esa atención

Muy practico, para ir caminado al centro, estacionamiento para dejar el coche y olvidarse de el.....las contrataciones de excursiones se hacen directamente en el hotel pasan por ti y te dejan en el hotel.....muy comodo todo esta cerca el hotel cumple y el precio es justo...

El servicio en el restaurante fue muy malo, el hospedaje contó con desayuno continental, y como también venden el bufet con nosotros el servicio fue pésimo, tardaban mucho, nos negaron algunas opciones de fruta (supuestamente porque no había) y en el buret si tenían la opción, etc.
