Very tired property in a very tired town
This property is very tired and stuck in the 1980s. Clearly no money to update any aspects of the property. The restaurant serves reasonable food even though they forgot our order on the 2nd night. There was no daily service which was not told to us on check in and for the price should be included. They did provide us additional towels on request. Unfortunately this property is indicative of the whole town.

Bathroom smelt like water damage mould and couldn’t shower because water was cold first two nights. When asked why wasn’t hot water was told hotel ran out of gas, the hot water system in our room must have been shared with other units however and was used up before we got a turn.

Queenstown doesn’t have a lot to offer, the motel was ok, very dated but there int much around. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t visit Queenstown again

Really didn’t like the property,it was so dated everything was brown and furnished from the 70’s. The room needed a paint job, markings all around the room the curtains were falling to pieces, holes in them. Really had trouble feeling comfortable in the unit. The bathroom was terrible, not good for older people to have to step into a bathtub for a shower. Would we stay again, no.

I couldn't fault the service, friendliness and helpfulness at the motel. Despite the facility being a bit older it was spotlessly clean. The pizzas were great too!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Couch was awesome and bed was excellent. Only issue was shower bar above door was a bit low and I cut my head on it.

The room was a good size and furnishings in good condition. There were lots of handy little extras provided. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Ceiling in the bathroom needed mould treatment and repainting, plus an exhaust fan to prevent repeat issues.
