Heaven

Great stay! Big rooms. Excellent bed. Had a small kitchen, so you could do a quick breakfast. Nothing fancy but clean and functional. The only thing we could not figure out was the washing maschine. Could not get it to dry clothes but the shower had a rope to hang stuff the dry. Walkable from Queenstown. Just a big hill at the end. Loved the hot tub and sauna after a long day!

This was a lovely setting, we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk service was excellent. The restaurant food/bar and service was also very good. My husband LOVED the fries. Loved how the pool was partially indoor and partially outdoor. Had a nice mountain view and was a beautiful walk to/from Queenstown.

The hotel is perfectly positioned away from the main town if you don’t want to be in the busy town. It’s clean and tidy, the apartment was a great size , great kitchen area, and sitting area

Room was fine, and lounge looked lovely. They advertised that room had kitchenette, but it was just a small fridge and hot water heater ( no coffee maker). Surprisingly there were NO shelves to put clothes on. The hairdryer didn't work but they replaced it after a short wait. Not sure if the charge to park a car was listed when the booking was made.

Very noisy at night. Sounds travel through the building and it seems every minute someone was slamming a door. Could not sleep until way past midnight. Restaurant poor compared to what you can find downtown- 20 min away

It was lovely and quiet and we had the most beautiful view from our room it was superb. Only a 15 minute walk into town, but if you didnt want to walk there was a bus stop right outside. Loved it.

Beautiful location we really enjoyed our stay. The toilets do not have an extracter fan and get very hot and the food at the restaurant/buffet is terrible but everything else was great.
