Both the staff and the hotel are first rate

The location is very convenient, close to downtown. The rooms are very nice and the staff was of a great help.We went for the Milford Sound cruise and were able to leave our luggages with the hotel. Thank you.

We've been to New Zealand six times and this is one of our favorite motels. The location is fantastic, just a short ~8 minute walk to downtown (even closer to the beautiful botanical gardens). Our room was enormous, beautifully decorated and had a partial view of the mountains and lake. A small kitchenette included a microwave, fridge, tea, coffee and fresh milk. The bed was super comfortable. AC was a big plus and appreciated. We were there on days that were cloudy and with temps in the 60s and it helped a lot. There is free (!) parking in their garage, which was easy to navigate (no concerns about tiny parking spaces and poles to navigate around). Guest laundry was available - $4 for the washer and $4 for the dryer. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

Clean and updated apartment. Very comfortable and convenient location. Quiet at night. The washing line is appreciated as is the outdoor table & chairs. Great views and lovely cared for property.

Great hotel with remarkable lake view and beautiful mountains. Hotel room are complete with full kitchen amenities and washing machines/dryer. Unfortunately our trip are delayed that we had to cancel first night stay but glad that we still makes it for the 2nd night in such a beautiful hotel. Walkable distance from hotel to the central of Queenstown to enjoy breezy sunset, took about 20mins….

Huge room with a great view and within walking distance of downtown (but you do need to walk up the hill ). Staff was very friendly at check-in and offered free milk for morning coffee. Great kitchenette too.

Good location,fab views

The room was ready as soon as we arrived,think the room needs a little tlc, just redecoration, nothing major. Clean and comfortable. Felt dorry fie the business as there are ongoing roadworks right outside. It is a 15 to 20 min walk into Queenstown on the road but if you go through the park it tajes little longer but it is a beautiful walk. Would recommend staying hrte
