High ceiling

This hotel is in the center of the city, walking distance to restaurants. The room is big, beds are comfortable, lots of towels. Parking overnight on the street is free. Check in and out was smooth, everyone spoke English

New management appears committed to upgrading the property; wouldn’t take a lot to get to 4-star. Location near gate to Old-Québec makes-up for minor insufficiencies.

Parking but cant leave

The stay was good but for parking, its first come first serve and i rnded up getting a spot but then i wanted to leave to go to restaurant but i was told by the re eptionist thatif i left she would re-imburse my $25 because others were waiting. I told her that i paid and i dont want a refund but she said that she couldnt keep an eye out on the lot so that is why i shouldnt leave so i had to stay all night in my room

We booked 3 rooms for a night but since we couldn’t imagine sleeping there we decided to leave. But we were only got a refund for 1 room. It is dirty, unsafe, molds are everywhere, staffs arent formal. The girl from the front desk assist our parking while she was smoking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Add 20 dollars and you’ll get way better hotel like marriot

L’hébergement a besoin de réno. La chambre lit double est dans « la cafétéria » au rez-de-chaussée. Double porte pour entrée et pour essayer de couper le bruit de la machine distributrice.

A decent place to stay in Old Quebec

We booked 3 rooms for the weekend, one room's washroom tub was slippery, one room has a broken couch, it was a bit unsafe as we have kids in this trip. The afternoon to evening counter help is nice though. Location is great pretty close to where we want to go so overalln not the greatest but it was good.
