I was told that travelling to Quebec can be stressful as English speaker. However, the staff was super helpful with language and it help me to ease my stay very comfortable. Property has a all the amenities which are needed to road trip traveler like me. My parents felt well rested and my room was newly built.

My overall experience is worth it considering the price point. Staff are respectful and knowledgeable with their job. The building itself shows aging but still had a pleasant and convenient stay. Highly recommended to family and couple like, so I'm grateful for the Travelodge management. Merci.

There was blasting music from a rented part room. It was so loud it was ridiculous. They said the volume should lower at 11pm. It did not. None of our group of 8 people could sleep until after 1am when it finally shut down. It was so loud even on the 5th floor it kept us awake. Horrible experience with very little rest. Also a big item for us, Expedia showed there was an indoor pool. It turned out to be closed and had been closed for months. No mention of this. Two very disappointed kids. Had to change hotels for the second night.

Accessible Room 125

You're front desk clerks were very polite, the accessible room was clean and there was plenty of counter space in the washroom. The room looked to have been recently uploaded but the ceiling was covered in plaster patches which are very obvious when laying in bed. (Maybe they forgot to prime/paint room 125?) I did NOT like the bed hight and frame. The bed was very high (hard to transfer into) and the frame stuck out with a 2" ledge that made it difficult to get close to the mattress and hurt my legs wwhen having to transfer. The room was clean, the bed/pillows were comfortable. I had to check out a day early and return home due to unfortunate (un related to the room) family member injury. And the front desk help with canceling the last night's reservation (3rd night of original 3 night booking)
