Couteau de poche perdu malgré un bon séjour

J’ai passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. Les lieux Ă©taient propres, le personnel trĂšs accueillant et la localisation est vraiment pratique, surtout si on veut profiter des restaurants et qu’on est dans le secteur de Beauport. J’ai beaucoup aimĂ© l’endroit. Petit bĂ©mol toutefois : j’ai malheureusement oubliĂ© un couteau de poche que j’avais laissĂ© bien en Ă©vidence sur un sofa pour ne pas l’oublier. J’ai appelĂ© l’hĂŽtel rapidement aprĂšs mon dĂ©part, mais on m’a dit qu’il n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© retrouvĂ©. C’est un peu dĂ©cevant, car je tenais Ă  cet objet.

ExpĂ©rience dĂ©cevante : manque de service client et fausses informations J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre au N HĂŽtel pour la nuit du 1er mars 2025 avec ma famille (5 personnes), mais un imprĂ©vu majeur nous a empĂȘchĂ©s de profiter de notre sĂ©jour. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e Ă  QuĂ©bec, notre voiture est tombĂ©e en panne, nous obligeant Ă  faire appel au CAA pour le remorquage et rentrer immĂ©diatement Ă  MontrĂ©al par d’autres moyens (train, Uber). Avant mĂȘme l’heure du check-in, nous avons contactĂ© l’hĂŽtel pour expliquer la situation et demander un remboursement ou au moins un crĂ©dit pour un futur sĂ©jour. Non seulement l’hĂŽtel a refusĂ© catĂ©goriquement toute forme de compensation malgrĂ© les circonstances et les frais importants que nous avons dĂ» assumer (factures Ă  l’appui), mais en plus, ils nous ont menti en prĂ©tendant que c’était Ă  Expedia de gĂ©rer le remboursement. AprĂšs vĂ©rification, Expedia nous a confirmĂ© que c’était bien l’hĂŽtel qui avait le dernier mot, ce qui dĂ©montre un manque total de transparence et de professionnalisme. Nous comprenons que l’annulation n’était pas gratuite, mais nous attendions un minimum de comprĂ©hension et d’honnĂȘtetĂ©, surtout face Ă  un Ă©vĂ©nement imprĂ©vu comme une panne de voiture. Au lieu de cela, nous avons Ă©tĂ© confrontĂ©s Ă  un service client dĂ©plorable, une absence totale de flexibilitĂ© et une tentative de nous induire en erreur.
