I have a bit of concerns about the safety of the room. There has been 3 incidents that someone was trying to enter my room by using a wrong password and a wrong key 2 days in a row. The 3 incidents occurred while we were in the room. I didn’t confront to the person who tried to enter my room, and there was no staff in the front reception. 2 incidents were occurred in the afternoon and one incident occurred in early evening. Since the stranger didn’t enter my room, so it didn’t cause a big problem for me.

No elevator. Very difficult to bring suitcases through entrances and into rooms. Very uncomfortable beds causing me to wake up with a back ache, No breakfast. Not a place I will stay at again.

Pratique et très propre
C'est super pratique d'arriver à l'hôtel et de pouvoir brancher ma voiture pour la nuit. Les deux personnes rencontrées à la réception lors de mon séjour n'étaient pas des plus avenantes. Elles auraient pu se montrer plus accueillantes. La chambre était parfaite. J'aurais seulement apprécié qu'il y ait des produits de douche distincts (corps, shampooing et revitalisant) plutôt qu'un tout-en-un. La ventilation est très bruyante, mes bouchons d'oreilles ont pallié au problème. Je reviendrai malgré ces petits inconvénients, cet hotel étant très bien situé pour mes besoin.

Très belle impression en arrivant mais le service de chambre n’a pas été fait pour notre deuxième nuit donc, pas de changements de serviettes, boîte de papiers-mouchoirs quasi vide à l’arrivée , pas de café pour le deuxième jour, tasses et coupes non lavés. La télécommande de la tv ne fonctionnait qu’occasionnellement.
