I really like this hotel overall-the common areas are comfortable, clean, rooms are quiet, but since my last stay there are signs of neglect. The value of the “Resort fee” is not there at all. The kids club room was not well stocked, the coloring books and art supplies were old and not appealing for the kids. There was a gaming system but no games. The hot tub had scum lines on the tiles and a lot of debris on the bottom. The hotel is beautiful but rooms are dated and show signs of age. The room’s carpet was stained and tiles in the shower were cracked. Overall the property is beautiful, and past stays were great, I just wish the maintenance and amenities were maintained.

Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont incroyables, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes (même les plus capricieuses) avec le sourire, ça semblait leur faire un réel plaisir de nous servir! L’hôtel est superbe, bien entretenue même s’il est âgé, il y a plein d’attention qu’on ne retrouve pas dans les autres hôtels et qui vont nous faire retourner à cet endroit plutôt qu’ailleurs ( l’eau citronné et les pommes à l’entrée, les nombreux airs de repos chaleureux, les feux de foyer extérieur et intérieur, le thé et les biscottes disponibles en après midi, l’accessibilité aux chiens) Nous avons ADORÉ

The food in the restaurant is top notch. Definitely eat there if staying at the hotel. Bed and linens were very nice. I was in a renovated room. You had to climb into a very large stand alone tub to take a shower, which was odd. For an average height male, your head would hit the rain shower head. Otherwise, accommodation was excellent.
