Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale pour une nuit et, personnellement, pour un hôtel de ce calibre, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Notre chambre avait une drôle d’odeur d’humidité, le lit pour enfant était brisé, ce qui a nécessité l’intervention d’un membre de l’équipe technique pour le réparer. Le deuxième lit d’enfant n’avait qu’un drap blanc sur le dessus, sans couette ni oreiller. Finalement, pour une chambre familiale, il n’y avait que deux débarbouillettes. En terminant, la chambre semblait vieillotte et elle n’était pas particulièrement propre. Je suis très déçu de notre expérience et nous n’envisageons pas de retourner à votre hôtel.

I went with the reviews and booked this property for my friends and family, and as soon as I entered the property there was a weird smell in my room, which I did mention the staff about and requested for a room change or something as we were with a kid. Unfortunately they did not do anything to take care of this .

Hôtel calme et spacieux

Le personnel est extra, service 5 étoiles. J’ai toutefois été déçu du plateau de charcuterie. Je pensais avoir de petits viandes mais nous avons reçu 4 tranches de jambon avec la moitié de gras. 2 petits pains qui n’était pas suffisant pour les deux autres tartinades de porc. Une portion était bonne mais pour l’autre la texture était vraiment désagréable en bouche. Conseil: renseignez-vous sur ce que vous commander puisqu’il n’y a pas de photos sur le menu. Nous y sommes allées un jour de pluie donc même si les commodité y accessibles, l’ambiance est moins festive. Les lits sont super confortables. En général, je suis très satisfaite de ma visite mais le prix reste tout de même dispendieux. Si vous voulez un peu de luxe et un endroit calme c’est parfait pour vous.😉
