It’s a nice hotel, great location, very clean and spacious room. All the staffs are great with customer service, front desk always on the top of replying email. We arrived early and our room was ready before c/in time. We definitely coming back to stay here if we visited Quebec city and we recommend Le Capitole to fellow travelers. A great hotel choice just outside the old city walls. Very convenient for the train station, the motorways, and not too far from the cruise terminal. Close to a plethora of cafes and restaurants. Great rooms with amazing beds and spacious washrooms. Everyone on site was very friendly and approachable. One of the better hotels in the Quebec City area!

We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. Elegant, luxurious, great service and attention to detail. Great view and area of town. Fabulous and I recommend the extra money for a suite.

At check-in the front desk told us we had plenty of time to get a nightcap from the bar before closing, however, after dropping our luggage off in the room and returning to the bar the bar staff told us they were closed. There were still a dozen other people in the bar and the staff would not even give us a cup of to take back to our room.

I paid over $500 US per night for a balcony suite and requested a high floor. I got a very nice balcony suite but it was on the lowest floor that had rooms. Friends we were traveling with paid the exact same amount and got a penthouse suite on the top floor. When I requested similar accommodations I was told they could do nothing. The room I got was way overpriced

I give 9 out of 10. The only shortcoming that I found was soap, shampoo etc were in squeezable bottles that were problematic in pouring liquid in a consistent manner.

The hotel decor and cleanliness was outstanding. Just a beautiful old but updated hotel. So handy to getting out and walking to eating places and shops. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Service by staff outstanding! Would go again in a heartbeat.
