Cannot complain too much about my room cleanliness, everything was decent in that aspect of things. However, the Elevators in this Hotel are a f***ing joke!!! Only 2 out of 3 were working, meanwhile Elevator 3 is the only one to allow you access to Floor 7 (Pool, Spa, Gym), it seems being the only one working decently, but is extremely overwhelmed being the only working okay. Asked for 2 extra towel at from Front Desk and staff gave me some (Thank you) ; However, there was only 2 pillows in my rooms and both myself and my wife are always sleeping with 2x each. Front Desk said they were out of spare pillows... Overall I would rate my stay around 3.5 stars. Hotel is okay, but I felt it wasn't worth the 300$ I gave them for that night. I would have booked elsewhere knowing the "right / full" charge amount first.

Hotel used for a tournament

Included Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurt, cereal and mandarines. Only one elevator working to go to rooms and down to lobby as one was broken and one reserved to go to the pool on the 7th floor....The beds are hard.

Déception total et peu abordable

Mauvaise expérience : ascenseur hors d'usage pour la piscine sans note ni instructions pour s'y rendre. Impossible de s'y rendre si mobilité reduite: il y a des marches a monter de toute façon, que l'ascenseur fonctionne ou pas. Dans mon cas, j'ai dû monté 2 étages,cage d'escaliers température extérieure (-10) donc pas l'idéal en costume de bain mouillé et pas de serviette au moment de notre passage (4h de l'après-midi. Spa hors d'usage car plus froide que la piscine. Jeux d'eau pour les enfants et glissade hors d'usage! Ça fonctionné 1 min a notre arrivée seulement,donc pas pu glisser! Impossible d'appeler a la réception de l'air de piscine , car le téléphone en cas d'urgence est défectueux. Pour le ptit déjeuner,il aurait fallu porter un manteau car il faisait très froid. La réponse a notre plainte: "nous ne pouvons rien faire, allez commenter sur le site des hôtels Jaro.

Everything was great. There happened to be an influx of families using the hotel for mini Holidays. Kids everywhere. Our room was clean and quiet though.
