Front desk service spoke very quietly and seem like he wanted to get done with us very quickly. The other lady seemed much more into serving her clientele. The room was clean, smelled nice. Shower had mold and the conditionner dispenser seemed full but wasn't working at all. I couldn't find how to start the ventilation during the shower so the room itself was humid after. Breakfast wasn't tasty, but was served hot and had alot of it! Personnel were cleaning after every guest departure so there was always a clean table for everyone.

Breakfast could’ve better with more options. Pool was extremely crowd and not safe, they should let an amount of people at a time over there. There was around 50 people inside the hot tub (disgusting, for sure). But the pool area, for the kids, is super cool. Bedrooms were clean, beds comfortable.

Overall good service, the carpet around the halls needs to be changed or serviced, it would feel much cleaner. Enjoyed the buffet, and the disposition of staff to help, but the staff can be more ready to speak about all the services.

Room was big good for kids
Check in was quick however not much information was provided about the hotel. Just told the breakfast is served in room behind them. Bathroom is nice in the room, room was good size. Main door did not close with pulling closed, blinds were torn up in area's, cleaning staff took up a lot of room in the hallway and didnt move for clients wanting to walk by. Same with elevator staff would enter before clients. Pool area was supervised and minitored which was nice. Breakfast area staff were very nice and attentive. Nice that parking was underground.

Okay for a single night's stay while passing through Quebec City especially since it was a better price than similar horels in the area, and I was not willing to spend a lot. I would probably spend more to stay at a newer property in the future. The reviews I had read were accurate in terms of the slowness of the elevators and the chaos around breakfast on a Sunday morning even at 8 a.m. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the slats it was on creaked loudly when we moved. The lamp in the corner was missing the on off button so I had to plug and unplug it. I found the bathroom to be just fine, and a good bathroom matters a lot to me when I'm traveling.
