Perfectly located to walk the ancient village.
Perfect location to walk the city. Stairs in front, but no stairs in the rear of hotel for unloading. Has elevators. Breakfast is fair. Comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When my wife and I had difficulty getting an English language station on the television, a staff member came to our room to help us. Another staff member helped us with finding the closest parking spot. When he saw me going in the wrong direction, he called me on my phone to get me in the right direction. Would definitely go back.

We needed a pre-cruise hotel for several days while we explored Quebec, preferred Old Town as walkable and close to many restaurants, stores, and the Chateau Fontenac. This is the best hotel I've ever found on line: we needed an elevator and to check in late at night [made easy by detailed messages with codes for key boxes]. Otherwise we knew nothing but location and some pictures. It is a lovely older hotel that has been thoughtfully remodeled to have comfortable rooms. The staff and friendly, bi-lingual, and very helpful. The first floor lounge area for continental breakfast (basic but good), coffee, and wine, is very nice for meeting other guests (most of whom were post-cruise, so we got good tips). The breakfast and wine bar were a small charge, but very much worth it. I would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect location and lovely room. Loved the rooftop deck. Only issue is that the elevator was broken on our departure day and we were on the 3rd floor. We are an older couple and it would of been nice if someone would of been around to help us get our bags down. We saw a man cleaning on the 3rd floor when we realized the elevator was broken but he would not help.
