The room was clean at least. The rest of experience not so good. Only two pillows on each bed. No duvet in Quebec winter. The AC was too load and either make the room too hot or too cold. Breakfast medicore. There was a sport team in the same floor as us. That could be the mínimum consideration for other guests to put them in other floora thans a group of young players who wake up at 7 am and play in the coridors.

I very rarely give a rating for hotels, but this hotel was so disappointing that I had do. The continental breakfast was AWFUL. The bin of bagels was moldy, fruit was rotting with fruit flies everywhere, the canned fruit was fermenting so it tasted " sparkly" if that makes sense. There was only cereal, the fruit, bread for toast, and the rotten bagels. I ended up going to a nearby store to buy food for the upcoming breakfast. The gym was in a room in the basement with very low ceilings and no air circulation or sanitization products. It also felt like a ghost hotel. Only saw one couple when checking out. Other than that did not see a single person. We stayed at another hotel nearby at the end of our trip that was cheaper and way better!!
