PremiĂšre chambre 1810 avait une superbe vue mais aucune chaise ou fauteuil. Pour une chambre supĂ©rieur 
 Seconde, chambre 1907 Belle vue ,la lampe de chevet s’allumait et s’éteignait ,les oreillers et les taies sont du pour ĂȘtre changĂ©,il n’y avait pas de gel Ă  corps et cheveux dans le distributeur,j’ai dĂ» ressortir de la douche et attendre que quelqu’un vienne vĂ©rifier Lorsque nous sommes revenus Ă  notre chambre dans pm la porte n’était pas fermĂ© elle ne clanchait pas automatique .la femme de chambre ne s’en Ă©tait pas aperçu! Par contre l’accueil Ă©tait impeccable .

Good hotel in Quebec city

Pretty good stay overall, but the hotel is aging a little bit and needs some renovations. The views from my room on 21st floor were great though. The coffeemaker in my room did not work. Power outlets are not very convenient (however they do offer wireless phone charger at a headboard). The breakfast restaurant is great!

Belle chambre Ă  l'arrivĂ©e cependant il faisait froid dans la chambre Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. La chambre n'Ă©tait pas assez Ă©clairĂ©e. Il y avait des punaises de lit. J' ai dĂ» changer de chambre pour une avec un lit moins grand. À mon check out, je n' ai eu aucun mot de la direction pour la gĂȘne occasionnĂ©e alors qu' une note Ă©tait supposĂ©e ĂȘtre laissĂ©e pour le lendemain. Ce fut une escapade pas reposante. J'avais juste envie de quitter l'hĂŽtel. Le mĂ©nage est expĂ©ditif car la chambre avait de la poussiĂšre. Une des 2 tasses Ă©tait sale. Je ne retenterai pas l' expĂ©rience.
