Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à cet hôtel. Ce n’est pas la première fois, nous y sommes allés il y a 2-3 ans. Nous avons choisi la chambre classique, c’était confortable mais j’aurai aimé pouvoir y prendre un bain car je ne pouvais pas prendre de douche suite à une chirurgie. Le bain trop petit et pas de bouchon disponible. J’aurai aussi aimé qu’il y ait plus que deux serviettes disponibles pour nos 3 nuits comme dans certains hotels. Le déjeuner continental était bien. Cependant une recommandation ici: Les produits laitiers doivent rester réfrigérer. Je n’ai pas pu profiter de la piscine ni du gym étant donné mon opération mais une autre fois. J’ai apprécié le café chaud disponible à la réception aussi.

The receptionist was helpful with our check-in and questions as it was our first time at both this hotel and Quebec City. What made a difference was being allowed to park my car in their parking lot before my check-in. I liked how cozy my room was set up for my friend and myself - comfy beds with fluffy pillows, citrus scented soap and lotion, and a tv with various channels. Having free breakfast the next morning was enjoyable too. I would recommend adding a door mat and boot tray near hotel room's door during winter so cleanliness can be maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for one night. Thank you Hotel Du Nord!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The bedsheets and blankets were stained yellow. There were red and brown marks on the bedding (possibly signs of BED BUGS). Hallway carpets were dusty. We did not stay the night. We checked out immediately and asked for a full refund - which the hotel obviously denied. Do not book here.

L'endroit est correct. Nous avions une suite pour 2 nuits. Les draps d'un des lits etait sales. Ils sentaient le parfum pour homme. Jai ete demander à une réceptionnistes davoir dautres draps, elle m'a dit qu'elle allait voir ce qu'elle pouvait faire et jai du aller demander à la réceptionniste du soir pour finalement en avoir. Elle est allé m'en chercher. Aucun tapis dans l'entrée pour mettre nos bottes pleines de neige. Donc pleins deau par terre. Les tirroirs et armoires sont tres sales. Les portes ferment mal.

Our stay was great! The rooms are definitely smaller but for just sleeping the night and being out and touring during the day, it is great! Breakfast was simple, but aplenty. Staff were great and helpful.

Hotel is dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was free. There is no elevator, lots of stairs. Continental breakfast was basic but good. Pool is in basement, was too cold for my spouse, but once in I was okay.
