Toilet was not working properly, draining slowly, called service, got it fixed later. Phone doesn’t ring, missed several calls. Room temperature is not going up with cool air blowing over the night, not chilly cold, but still uncomfortably cold. Talked to front desk in the morning about the phone and temperature issues, but nobody came when we’re back in the night, had to talk to the front desk again. This time, a technician was sent in 10 minutes, but wasn’t able to fix issues and helped us turn off the AC so that it won’t blow cold air and raised the temperature in the washroom and hope it would heat up the bedroom as well. And for sure the heater was not powerful enough to do so. Overall, pretty bad experience for a four star hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff in multiple languages. Nice rooms and amenities except hard to find ice and vending machines. Coffee machine was very loud but made amazing coffee. Sauna nice, pool ok, hot tub outside in courtyard. Great location. Very nice St.Hubert on site, we did not try but seemed popular. Definitely have breakfast at Au Petite Chalet across the street, best value of our stay and delicious! We will be back, thank you.

Hotel was good. Only issue I had was the valet parked my car with the windows open which should never be the case. Thank fully my app sent off alerts, and I had to contact valet service to rectify. Docked 1 star as a result.

Parking was very tight, dangerous to broke body car. Cost 25$/day not include on description hôtel. Was very hard to get money back for alcool card I don’t used. Staff at the front desk was incompetent.
