The only reason this got 2 stars is because of the location. I'm sure areas of this hotel are very nice, but section C of the hotel felt very cheap. The functionality of the room baffled me. As an interior designer, the room bothered me a lot. There was no personality or comfort to it. The tv was old and didn't have any apps or screen casting capabilities (who wants to watch local television while on vacation??). The only seating were two chairs that looked like they came from an old office building. There were no lamps except a tiny one on the desk. The bed was rock hard with minimal bedding. My main gripe...on Saturday night the hotel scheduled done sort of party in the event room right below my room and they were playing ridiculously loud dance music until midnight. When I complained about it at the front desk, their solution was to give me earplugs. What the f*ck kind of hotel puts a room right above an event space without super good sound insulation. My advice, don't stay here if you find a "good deal" because they have a crappy section of the hotel they'll stick you in. However, location 10/10

My stay started poorly with the desk clerk ignoring me standing next in line—which caused me to have a backache and then refusing to listen to me regarding my consecutive reservations-causing me to incorrectly get locked out of my room the next day. The rest of the staff I encountered—particularly at the concierge desk—were wonderful—extremely helpful.
