Beautiful property with all the amenities. Friendly staff and located in the heart of city. The parliament building is right across the street and old Quebec City is a 5 minute walk. Loved our stay and will be back again.

There is definitely lake of room service, there was no bottle of water or any kind of drink in the fridge. Their room service is really week as there was limited options for kids and also not that much flexibility in room service.

Very nice and clean property overall. Staff were friendly. Maintenance of the room itself was lacking - doorstop was unscrewed from the floor and my toddler picked it up, as well as the 2 screws that were floating around. The bathroom door did not close fully/properly, would get stuck.
