Premièrement, l'accueil est plutôt froide. Lair climatisé très très bruyant, presque pas dormi de la nuit. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. Le prélèvement qui apparait sur mon relevé de carte de crédit est plus élevée que le montant de la facture. C'était la première fois et la dernière. Mais la chambre était propre.

I’d like to share some thoughts about the hotel I stayed at recently. First of all, the hotel’s location was quite central and convenient for transportation. However, I believe there are several areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness could have been better. Upon entering, I noticed a general lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the ventilation in the bathroom and toilet was not functioning, which negatively impacted comfort. The lighting was insufficient, making the room feel a bit darker than expected. Some of the bedside lamps were not working, which made it difficult to read in the evenings. I think the minibar should at least have basic beverages like water, but unfortunately, it was completely empty. In today’s world, having a television that can connect to the internet is almost essential. It’s rare to find a TV without internet access nowadays, so I recommend the hotel upgrade this technology. In conclusion, while the hotel has a great location, there are some fundamental issues with the room and amenities that need addressing. I hope they make improvements in these areas in the future.
