Unfortunately, my experience was far from the 4-star quality I expected. The hallway to our rooms was not vacuumed. My room had a burnt-out light, making the already dim room much too dark. I found $0.25 coins on the bathroom floor, indicating poor cleaning. There was no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer, which was of low quality. Despite being a room for four, we only had three towels and two small water glasses. The bedspread was too warm for summer, with no alternative blankets, and one bed didn’t even have a flat sheet. At the pool, there were no clear signs for pool towels, and the emergency phone was out of order. The hot tub was broken, which was a huge disappointment after our long road trip. The hot tub itself is a bad design and will never be able to get cozy hot, due to being part of the stairwell into the pool. The breakfast was also subpar for a hotel of this caliber. I've seen better at a motel. When I raised these concerns with the evening staff, they directed me to speak with a manager the next day, only to find out there was no manager on site during weekends. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the service did not match the hotel’s rating.
