Quiet, even though it was near the highway. Our room overlooked the river. Only downside was the breakfast was very limited and the layout was suchvthat it was quite chaotic when a few people.were teying to get their breakfast.

The hotel was everything we were looking for - the room was clean, the breakfast was good if not incredibly varied in options. Their customer service could use a little improving but overall I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Quebec City.

Our room was newly renovated but the bedsheets were dirty, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom and previous guests items in the fridge. Staff were accommodating with providing new sheets. Breakfast was decent and the breakfast room has a new view of the water.

The air conditioning is VERY noisy! Not comfortable to sleep. The bedding was nice, but the matrass is too soft. The breakfast was good, but there was not enough space for all guests. The room is too cramped and narrow.

Sparkling clean room, great water pressure, very comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was standard but the little dining room looks right out onto the St. Lawrence River. Will stay again.
